Why we built it

Most HOAs still run on group chats, spreadsheets, and a notebook at the guardhouse. Payments get lost in screenshots, requests get buried under new messages, and residents have to ask the office for things that should be one tap away. We wanted every household to see the same clear record their board sees.

What it does

• Dues and payments. Residents see their balance and bills, pay through the channels their HOA accepts — GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash — and keep a record of every payment.
• Requests. File a maintenance request and follow it from filed to done, with replies from the board.
• Announcements and documents. Notices, minutes, and house rules in one library that is always current.
• Reservations. Book the clubhouse, court, or pool without calling the office.
• Tools for the board. Households, billing, payment confirmation, and an activity log of who changed what.

Built for Philippine neighborhoods

Amounts are in pesos, dates are in Manila time, and payment options match how residents actually pay. Pages are kept light so they load quickly on older phones and slower connections, and the text is large and high-contrast so it is easy to read for every age.
